Broken window? Snapped chair leg? Burnt carpet?

If you have a maintenance problem in your accommodation you will need to report it within 24 hours of becoming aware of it. Simply click here.

Once you’re there complete the online form that applies to you, it really is that simple! Just make sure that you complete the form in full and include as much detail as possible.

If the problem is urgent you will need to contact your hall manager or duty sub-warden.
