FAQ: Insufficient funds in your account
What happens if there are insufficient funds in my account to pay for my instalment?
You must ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover the next instalment payment. You should check your bank account as soon as the payment date has passed to ensure that it has been debited from your account.
If, for whatever reason, you find that you will not have the funds in your account to cover the full instalment amount, please contact us (FutureLets team) in the Charles Ward building for advice at least a week before the due date of the instalment.
