Today's curry recipe is from South African. Take note and get ready to cook up a storm in the kitchen!
This Cape Malay-inspired curry is vegan, making it super cheap and healthy! You'll probably have most of the ingredients in your cupboard and if not, it'll cost you next to nothing.
1 can chickpeas
1/2 medium red onion
1 red bell pepper
1 small cauliflower
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon curry powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, paprika
