Check out where you can set those wheels in motion in Coventry and beyond!
First things first, explore the places closest to you! Routes start from 1 mile to 20 miles depending on how skilled and fit you are. If you're staying here over summer or you're from Coventry, it's time to go exploring...
- Fort William (Scotland)
This route has various trails for all ages and experience! With an 'unending forest track to explore' it’s a perfect day out! From the beautiful scenery to the world-class downhill, this seems like the place to be.
- Coed Llandegla Forest (North Wales)
They have four main trails: Green, Blue, Red and Black which differ for the various skills of the cyclist. You can start on the beginner Green Trail or conquer the Advanced Black Trail - you can also rent a bike for the day if you don’t have your own!
- The Yorkshire Dales
Home of the Tour de Yorkshire and a spectacular place to explore, the Yorkshire Dales is perfect for cycling. There is also a range of routes within the Yorkshire Dales - you could have a ride along a softer, flatter road in the countryside or try some more adventurous climbs and roads!
- Surrey Hills
The route runs from Farnham to Oxted to Low Weald - great for cycling as it’s a relatively quiet route with beautiful surroundings. You also go through Box Hill and Dorking Gap on your way. What else could you want?
