Whether you want to accept it or not, exams are always going to be a tough and stressful time.
And seen as we're officially in the swing of January exams and deadlines, maybe you'll recognise a few of these?

Here are 12 emotional stages you might go through (or could have already experienced) through this exam period:
Telling yourself, "I have SO much time to start, I'll be fine" is guaranteed to be regretted in a couple of weeks - don't risk it!
That realisation that it's time you joined the rest of the university in the library.
You've made it out of your dressing gown and are actually sitting upright at a desk - who would have thought it?
But not before making the most detailed and brightly coloured revision timetable ever and then rewarding yourself by scrolling through Instagram, then Snapchat, then Twitter...
You get down to it and suddenly feel overwhelmed at how much work you have to cram into approximately 2 weeks. Argh!
You calm yourself down and get wired in, and are now spending from dawn till dusk (hopefully that way around) slogging.
This is also known as Stress Stage x10! The point when you find a topic you don't know and convince yourself all is doomed.
When you find a friend who's there to answer all of your revision prayers. What we could without our amazing brainy friends?
2 weeks of revision and not one single exam yet. When will this all be over?!
People around are finishing left, right and centre. Plus, boasting about going back to spending their evenings bingeing Netflix isn't exactly helping. And breathe!
