Designed to promote healthy living, wellness and overall good vibes, Wellness Wednesday's are for everyone to get involved in.
Created by DCUSU to help you get through the 'hump day' of the week, your SU president Niall wants to "change some attitudes in regards to mindfulness, wellbeing and healthy living."
The initiative started at beginning of term and has already become a staple event on DCU campus.
So, what's on this week?
With the end of the semester approaching, why not take a few minutes from your week to get crafty? We know that engaging in a creative activity helps with feeling good. Drop into this session to try out some crafts for the Christmas season.

When? 11am -12pm
It's all about getting everyone to feel they have a place on campus and make sure your mindfulness and mental health is looked after. It's okay to not feel okay all of the time but remember, DCU has support and advice available if you need it.
