Dublin Christmas lights

By DCUrooms 15 Nov 2017

Feeling Festive?
This Sunday 19th November, the Christmas lights are being switched on in Dublin City Centre. For all the Grinch's out there, this is probably not the one for you.

Two separate parades will begin from Mary St & Stephens Green and meet in the middle at O'Connell Street. As the parades move through the streets, the lights will come on around it...........Magic!!

For anyone who made it into town for The Halloween Parade put on by Macnas, the Galway based street performance company, you will know that the atmosphere was fantastic!!

Check here for the full details.

After the parade, there are plenty of other things going on in the city to keep the festivities going. Here are just a few.....

The Hairy Lemon, Sunday Trad Session from 7 pm

Stu Larson live at Whelans from 8 pm

Bingo with Shirley Temple at the George from 9:30 pm

Or maybe some comedy..........
Unhinged Comedy Club on Sunday

Sunday is officially covered!!!
